The Brief
Nanniest offers nanny recruiting support services as a company benefit. We concepted, tested, and launched this service company after assessing a need in the industry for a competitively differentiated childcare benefit. Nanniest is a client-facing marketing organization that connects working parents with experienced nanny industry consultants who help them find the right nanny for their family through education, resources, and concierge-level support and coaching.
Our Work
Together with a nanny industry subject matter advisor, we created Nanniest in-house and launched the service to the market in early 2022. We continue to support Nanniest with marketing, design, and other creative support.
