The Brief

The Vue at 7th is a multifamily apartment located in the Quad Cities on the banks of the Mississippi River. Previously deemed unsafe for residents, Archstone Capital Partners acquired the property and completed a full renovation of the property. 

Our Work

As part of the property rebrand (which Topiary took over), we visited the site to get photo and video of the renovation, including drone videography. This content is used to help create a "premium" identity for the property and to boost resident satisfaction.

Outcomes

The Vue at 7th has a strong occupancy trend and continues to lease for above-market rates. We continue to be engaged to provide photography and videography for Archstone.
